Great all around service for me 8/3/2007

Excellent servie, these ladies jump through hoops to get things right and they offer excellent chocolate-like See's style except better, custom gift baskets, free local deliveries, with good quality at a good price. I had a gift i wanted to go with my fowers to San Francisco and they wrapped it at no charge for me. They were just very real and are family though you would never guess. Very creative, too! The Worst 10/19/2005

I ordered flowers for my Anniversary - they were not delivered and they are only 1 mile away. I even made a follow up call at 3pm. Upon the no delivery I received poor customer service - they didn't even care!!! Very rude and poor business !!! Cons: no delivery, rude service, no customer service more
