I thought that since the store was in Southlake, they would be better than hiring someone off craigslist. I WAS WRONG! There was one man working for 5 days and I was expected to supervise him. He used my kitchen towels to wipe up wood glue and threw them away. My son had a cup of change in the garage and most of it was missing before the job was complete. When I asked about it, I was told by Brian that the installer said F U, he worked in million dollar homes and has never been accused of stealing. They did the cuts on the hardy board in the house and the entire place was covered in cement dust when they were finished. After I complained, they came back and took my bathroom towel and swiped some of the furniture. The blinds, walls and every surface in the house still had a blanket of dust. They used my tools, said they left them and after I complained, finally returned similar tools, but not mine. DO NOT USE THEM! The flooring came up 6 months later and they refused to fix it. I
