Dear Rick & Warren,
In today's world people don't often take the time to recognize and accommodate others. John and I recently had our carpet in our 3000 plus square home replaced. It seemed like a daunting experience for us, to move all the furniture, but we decided to finally have it done.
Our experience with Flooring America was very positive. Beginning with the salesperson, Lee, who helped us quickly select a carpet and padding to the owner, Rick Warman, who visited our home and measure the rooms. Rick also provided a veteran's discount. Recognizing a veteran this was way very honorable.
Warren's customer service on the phone to schedule the install of the carpeting was friendly, informative and exceptional. He also lined us up with the most talented, hardworking, grateful service men we had ever worked with. The brothers, Jorge and Adeur Garcia worked together tremendously. Their craftsmanship cannot be matched. They systematically and neatly remove the old carpet and pad, continually cleaned up after themselves and installed the new carpet with great precision and care. They went the extra mile to repair the squeaky boards below and safely moved all the furniture.
You are blessed to have two incredibly talented men, with awesome work ethics working for you. People come to this country to do well for their families and it takes others like you to honor and recognize their service. Jorge has a nine-month-old daughter and you just know that he works his tail off to do everything to provide a better life for her and his family.
Our son, Stephen, recently died in a tragic workplace accident at the age of 27 and it is our wish that you take the extra time and extra step to recognize these two honorable, respectful, talented and trustworthy individuals in some meaningful and financial way.
Our appreciation for a job well done.
John and Amy W.
