This place would be ok if it were not for the employee Matthew Holt. The day I visited they were very busy and I had been waiting in line for over 20 minutes to check out. I was a little annoyed, but understood that some things are out of their control. When I finally got to the check out Matthew Holt was ringing me up, the tile I was buying had no price on it so he grabbed an intercom and requested a price check. Trying to be helpful I said they're .66 cents each. He then snapped at me saying in a very rude tone, ""Did you also memorize the 6 digit SKU number while you were back there?"" Maybe it was just because I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes, but this really pissed me off.
I then had to wait for about another ten minutes while they checked the price. When we had finally paid we turned to leave and it turned out that Matthew had forgotten to ring up our adhesive, despite it being right next to the tile in front of him on the counter. After waiting for 30 minutes to check out and then being insulted by a little runt I had had enough and we left without the adhesive.
Everyone who works at this store appears to be mentally deficient, which I can forgive. But being rude on top of that is unacceptable.
I would highly recommend that the management fire Matthew Holt or they will just get more pissed off customers like myself.
Matthew Holt is a pudgy, little runt of a man.
