Just had my main line cleaned out, and am very satisfied. The tech was courteous, professional, and speedy. He humored my random questions and went above and beyond my expectations , ensuring that everything was flowing before he departed. I would highly recommend flohawks, and will definitely be using them when it's time to pump my tank. more

I recenlty had a toilet that was backing up in my home and I called Flohawks to come and assist me. From the moment I called & a customer svc person answered the phone I had received exceptional svc. I not only was quoted exactly what I was charged, but the technician went above & beyond to make sure my problem was taken care of & my facility was functioning. Overall from my first contact to my last i was taken care of. more

We had a truck come out to pump our tank. Our tank was older but they had no problem with pumping. When the cover was to be put back, it somehow broke. I had to go buy a new one and the Flohawk facility. When the guy left he somehow left an oil spill mess in our driveway. They came back to clean up though. My suggestion is to keep an eye on them while they work. more

We had major issues with the way Flohawks handled septic issues we had in our front yard. We have a septic pump that had a clog and rather than bringing in a camera to diagnose the problems, they tried a number of different routes first, costing us thousands of extra dollars. With the camera, the problem could have been solved in fifteen minutes. The first two servicemen we had on site thought they had all the answers, despite our suggestions. I have never seen a company that had so many billing issues either. They billed us without our permission on several occasions. They also did not follow their bid process like they should have. It was a disaster. I see there trucks in the community all the time and it just about makes me gag because they cost us so much money we did not need to spend. more

We had an emergency with our septic system and we called Flohawks. They came out within a couple of hours and their service was excellent. Great pricing and we would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Customer service as excellent more
