Flick, Jeffrey, Do - Rainbow Pediatrics

I have not had a problem so severe with Rainbow Pediactrics like some of the posts I have been reading from the past. Both my children are patients at the Clermont office and they see different doctors everytime but they are always very attentive. The nurses are always nice and when I call with a problem they always return my calls in a timely manner. I did wait for my babies first shots for a long while but it wasn't that bad. more

I called this office asking for copies of medical records for my 6 year old child. His new doctor sent signed forms and called asking for the same records. it's now 3 months later and still no records. Everytime I call I get the same answer, the records havent been pulled, and the person who does that is not in. I heared that 6 times now. Thinking about get a laywer to help. more

Both my children go to Rainbow Pediatrics. The wait use to be long but now they have a few new fantastic Doctor's who really care about the children. The waiting period was reduced significantly and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Pros: Great Doctors Cons: Waiting use to be a problem more

The waits are the longest for any doctor I have ever been to and having to wait with my impatient, sometimes sick children makes it excruciating! I hope the doctors read the reviews and truly try to address the situation. The length of time you expect people to wait shows little consideration and respect to your patients. I'm 14 years old and I've been through very much and these doctors got me through it. The waits are long, i will say that much. BUT it is soooo worth it, believe me. the nurses know how to handle kids that may be afraid of needles(i should know...haha!) and the doctors are so gentle with children. They treat us like their own children..I would recommend this office to anyone! Pros: great doctors, great nurses, awesome environment, many more! Cons: waits are sometimes long more

We have 2 children and live less then 3 miles away from the Rainbow Pediatrics in Clermont, NJ. Our children are 16 months and 2 months. On 7/13 we had a well visit for both children due to a previous rescheduling they required because one of the doctors was sick. Both of our kids were scheduled for shots, our 2 month old's first round. We where at the office for 21/2 hrs. During which time 3 patients that were there before us were called back and 2 patients that arrived after us were called back. I asked the receptionist if we should consider rescheduling twice and she promised it would only be another minute. Finally we were called back only to wait another hour or more. The visit ended with our kids getting shots, we were the last car leaving on the well side parking lot and my wife crying on the way home. We will be looking for a new Pediatrician for our kids.
