As a long time Verizon Wireless customer & one that has been to many stores I can say I had great service at Flexicom. I walked in & was immediatly greeted & asked what they could help me with. I had a lot of questions about new phones & plans & they answered all the questions with great knowledge of their product. They ended up saving me money on my monthly bill even with adding a line for my teenage daughter!
