I found out this place has been in business since 1986! Great facility with some great lifting platforms, and training equipment. They have a small basketball court, aerobic/fitness and dance classes. Great atmosphere and NOT crowded. Glad I found this place! more

Great Place To Work Out! 6/22/2006

My dad owns this business. It's right next to Minton's Lumber and Supply. It's a great place to work out and get big and strong since I'm working at it myself. The prices are at a good wage. If you're working out with someone it's going to cost more. So I would recommend a single membership. For me, it's free. They specialize weights, treadmills, a basketball court, and many more. more
