Have gone to Bob and John for many years and send people to them all the time. Trustworthy and don't rip you off. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

I have dealt with John and Fletchers for years with a variety of different vehicles. they have dealt honorably and fairly each and every time. I have had no complaints ever. Today i'm taking my jeep for a water pump and expect nothing but the best!!!! more

Run in the other direction 11/17/2009

I dropped my car off in August, they have yet to fix anything. They called me today asking for money!!! They also talked to other people regarding my car and never spoke with me. Dont they have laws against that? I should have dropped it off at the VW dealership it would have been worth the extra costs!!! Pros: The brothers dont communicate with each other Cons: its been almost 4 months and they havent fixed my car more
