Food was good but not at all spicy. We asked for spicy, so we were a bit disappointed. We would still order again, but we recommend asking for "Extra Spicy" if you like your food hot. more

Flavors of India has great food! Thanks to GrubHub we are able to order food online to be delivered to our front door from this great restaurant. If you love Indian food and haven't tried Flavors of India (on LaSalle in Oakland) please try it. The portions are generous and so tasty. more

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. Was an HOUR AND A HALF LATE!! Food arrived Lukewarm, and there was NO APOLOGY. Thankfully Erik with Eat24 saved the night. more

Food was good (3-4 stars), but it took them ALMOST 2 HOURS to deliver our order. This is simply unacceptable. They had our phone contact information. If there was any reason that the food wouldn't be delivered in a reasonable amount of time, they should have let us know. When we called them after 1.5 hours to check on the status of our order, all they could say is that the food wasn't there, so it must be on it's way. Booo. more

Their food is outstanding but their delivery is probably the single worst service I've ever had with Eat24 restaurants. They called me to ask my address? Person on the phone was very rude. Took half an hour longer to deliver than estimated. The driver looked inconvenienced, like he was doing me a huge favor by delivering food. Completely regret giving them a 25% tip... Such a shame for a restaurant with absolutely delicious food. more

An hour and 40 minutes to get the food! No apology when the guy arrived, no explanation, and no one from the restaurant called beforehand to let me know they were running late. When I called the restaurant to complain, she offered me a free dessert on a future order. Well, thanks a lot. After all, everyone loves Indian desserts. And they'll never have to follow through because no way am I ever ordering from there again. Beware! more

The food is consistently good and fast. Wish the chicken was cut a little smaller in basically all dishes, but it's so tender it doesn't really matter. more

Very mediocre. Chicken vindaloo was quite greasy and the mixed tandoori was not particularly flavorful. Tandoori chicken was exceptionally dry, suggesting it had been overcooked. Naan was also very greasy. Samosas were just so-so, and I didn't feel like finishing even one. My husband didn't finish his dish, and he always cleans his plate when we have Indian. I'm actually surprised that this restaurant has received such high ratings for its food. Although food arrived promptly, we probably won't be ordering from here again. more
