Worst

Not the best Indian food I've had - Jaipur is much, much better. Flavor of India needs to step it up or else get out of the kitchen.

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/22/2014

This is some of the best Indian cuisine I've ever had. My favorites are the chicken tikka masala, mirchi tikka masala, pashwari naan, and samosas. Curries are delicious as well. Awesome lunch specials on Fridays as I recall. more

Very rude Staff, will never visit them again! 11/7/2011

Wow!! I am a person with a service-animal and in all my years of living in SoCal I have never met a more rude and mean staff. We came to the place at 2 PM on a Sunday-brunch and it was completely empty (0 costumers) and the host was first going to show us our table until he saw that I had a Service dog (wearing a ADA Act Service west) He said ""No dogs"" and I answered that this is not a dog it's a SERVICE ANIMAL and that the ADA Act is a Federal Law that gives me the right to bring my S A to all restaurants and public places. I told him that it's illigal to prevent a person from bringing his/her SA anywhere. He still refused and told me and my girlfriend to leave or he would have us thrown out of the establishment. He then forced us to leave even though I begged him to look up the ADA law on the net. I would never go back there again, ever! more

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEASANTS 3/20/2010

AVOID THIS ABORTION OF A RESTAURANT unless slow service, incompetence, rudeness and bland food are features you look for in dining establishments. We were staying in a hotel 5 blocks from this restaurant and ordered in. When the food had not arrived after an hour and fifteen minutes, I called to inquire. The first ""gentleman"" talked to me for several minutes then determined his English was inadequate to process what I was saying, so he threw down the receiver while he went to find the second gentleman. The second gentleman's comprehension was better, but he accused me of calling their Burbank restaurant rather than the one in West Hollywood which I should have called. I told him I was quite sure I called the right one to which he said, ?Oh yeah. I see now. Guy with food be right there.? Clearly this meant ?guy with food? had not yet left. 30 minutes later, ?guy with food? called me to inform me he couldn?t find the place. Mind you, this was a ?professional? delivery person, I was staying in a large hotel 5 blocks away, on the same street (Santa Monica Blvd.) as his restaurant, on the same side of the street as his restaurant? and he still couldn?t find it. So the food finally arrived 2 hours after I first placed the order. The paper plates and plastic utensils I requested were nowhere to be found. I asked ?guy with food? what happened, to which he shrugged, ?crazy night.? He then grimaced noticeably when he saw his tip was $0. The food was luke warm and bland (granted, it may have tasted better had it been delivered hot). This is an unprofessional, monkey operation. Perhaps this is what passes for customer service in a cave in Calcutta, but not in West Hollywood. Cons: Slow, incompetent, rude, unprofessional more
