It's a place full of dope heads.managment will say one thing and when the owner gets involved you get stabbed in the back.and if you are not extremely careful you will pay other preferred residents water bills! One of the worst places I've lived oh another thing it's infested with roaches more

Awful place to stay! It's dirty, the people are nosy, you have to watch your stuff like a hawk. The cops are out all the time, there's a lot of drug and criminal activity. The manager is very nasty, just ask her to repeat herself a few times or disagree with her, you will see it. The resident crazy gets access to all the shed keys and she goes around checking compartments to see what she can take. If you value safety and want to be able to leave your trailer without having to worry, then NEVER stay here. Considering how much of your stuff will 'disappear' or get damaged, paying more will cost you less in the long run! more

Flavel RV Park Is Open I know I live there.\r \r \r Very quiet park and is affordable\r \r Close to MAX and Clackamas Mall\r \r Fred Meyer and Wallmart 5 minutes away\r \r A response to person who posted a comment on the bottom of the page about the owners bring short.\r \r The owners always treated me fairly and are good christian\r businessmen. Their hands on owners who get busy and work hard to make the make the park a safe and comfortable place to live.
