Used to be a good store but service and customer service has gone away. I just had my husband and my regs serviced there ($350+) as we have done for many years and it was incorrectly serviced so it leaked and the octo free flowed. Thankfully we tested it out in the reservoir before our big trip. I went in right after and let them know that it wasn't serviced correctly and the lady in the store was snippy with me for saying it. I got a call from the manager (owner) letting me know that they only pay 10 dollars an hour to their employees so I shouldn't be giving them my complaints because that will cause them to quit. I said that I spoke to the person in the store at the time, that it was serviced incorrectly and I needed it tomorrow and that I was polite. When we went to pick it up (two things were incorrectly serviced - a diaphragm and the second stage) the lady was snippy again with my husband. I understand mistakes happen but customer service is about making sure things happen correctly without arguing. Sorry Flatirons after 15 years of coming to you we won't be coming back.
