Good: The ingredients were pretty fresh. Also the freedom to choose your own mix means you'll be free to actually eat vegetables and make your own portions. Unfortunately, the freedom to make your own meal means you're basically doing the restaurant's job for them, so why is the food MORE expensive? Where's your dollar going?. Bad: Unfortunately, they employ a flat rate for all meals, so if you are a person who enjoys appropriate portions, look forward to an extremely expensive meal, obviously geared towards people with huge appetites and probably huge waistlines. In an era of health-consciousness, it's ridiculous to see these all-you-can-eat buffets dressed up as anything but encouraging of overeating and gluttony.. Improvements: There has to be a way to allow for smaller portions at a smaller price. Not everyone wants to go up for a second or third round, and some people like to split their entree. Also, if you're going to charge people to take leftovers home, don't encourage them to eat until they're bursting. I'm sure there's an intelligent, less insulting way to serve customers, but I think racking up expensive bills is easier.. Other: For a young person on a very average household income of 70,000, weighing in at about 5'11 and 185 pounds, one heaping portion of this was equally too much food and too much money. It was fun to try, but I'd rather save the 50 dollars and do the 10 minutes of cooking they provide on my own stove..
