They refused to honor a $100 gift certificate we bought from them. They said they changed management and the new management decided not to honor gift certificates from previous management. We are now out $100!! All we got was a Sorry and a $80 bill. The food was ok...they use way too much garlic on everything! more

It is comfortable and we liked the atmosphere but we've been here twice and were not impressed. The garlic butter that comes with the bread is WAY TOO STRONG. I had the Yellow Tail Tuna the first time and it was great my husband's Salmon however, bland. Our second visit, he tried the Yellow Tail and it was for lack of a better word, stringy. I tried the steak and blue cheese salad and the blue cheese really overpowered it. The service was adequate but not memorable. I will say however that the Cheesecake flown in from New York was delicious. more

Flat Rock Grille is a place where you have a romantic or be comfortable with your family and friends. The lodge like atmosphere provides a warm and cozy feeling. The fresh fish is an amazing value for the quality and freshness you receive. I go here often and am always made to feel welcome. The service is very good- not stuffy and more importantly team here seems to be happy. It is funny how you can feel that as a guest but it is obvious becasue everyone trys to make me feel like they value my business. The menu is not huge but they allow you to order their food they way you like. You can have many different varies of fish and ask for it to be grilled, blackened, or fried. The also have 6 or 8 different sauces and 10 different side items to choose from. I love the Tilapia Balckened with their mango salsa with grilled aspargus and a sweet potato.
