I had a small flood in my apartment and my grandmothers fine rug ended up getting soaked and started to bleed. I called flat rate and they showed up quickly explained everything that was going to be done. It took about 3 weeks as they said to get my rug back and it looked amazing. So glad I called them to clean and fix my rug. more

I used them for odor removal. My carpet has some bad pet stains that I've had trouble trying to remove. They were able to leave my carpet smelling fresh. more

My wife had me switch carpet cleaning companies because Flat Rate offers organic cleaning. I've noticed that our carpets have a much more mild scent than the smell our old company used to leave. more

They have a flood clean up service for large liquid spills on your carpet. We had a roof leak that ended up soaking our carpet. The good news is they were able to get all the water up and we had our roof fixed. more

We're really lucky to have such a reliable carpet cleaning company. We use them for regular carpet cleaning, but we have had to use them for emergencies. We have had some food spills that needed to be cleaned immediately and they have always been able to come over on short notice. more

My Upholstery looks new again! 2/29/2012

I was hosting a party at my place and I wanted my house to look bright and clean and the only part of my home that needed some work was the upholstery. So I could either get new furniture, re-upholster my furniture or have it cleaned professionally. I opted to have it cleaned and I was very impressed with the results. These guys at flat rate do really good work. more

Great Repair Service. 2/16/2012

I love my old rugs and I want to keep them as long as possible. Flate Rate repaired some small tears I had on my rugs. They have a very easy to use pickup and drop off system. Next time I need a cleaning I'll give them a try. more

Quick and easy....my favorite 2/23/2009

Excuse the potentially crude title, but it really is true. Flat Rate came out and within an hour had cleaned 2 rooms of my filthy carpet. I set up the appointment only yesterday and now I no longer need to worry about it. Now that's my favorite! more

carpet cleaned! 7/13/2008

Unfortunately during dinner the other night my kids spilt a bottle of wine all over a couple dining room chairs and onto the carpet. I called up Flat Rate Carpet the next day and they were able to clean the chairs and the carpet that afternoon. They were friendly, efficient, and very reasonable. \r more
