Flashbacks will always buy some clothes from me, the trick is you have to be young and stylish. Even if you're just cleaning out your closet they don't want to buy your sweatpants, underwear, or socks!!! If you are college age and are not wearing your grandparent's clothing, they will most likely buy it. My tip is this: Skinny jeans. If you're too old to know what those are or ever dream of owning them, just stop, the customers at the store are mostly students and they want relatively new clothes for YOUNG people. I do consignment so I make 50% of what my clothes sell for, i have to wait and all but it's worth it to get more money, otherwise you get 25% cash or 35% store credit. I visited this shop back in Sept/Oct with some items to sell which I had discussed over the phone prior to visiting. The young lady running the shop that day freaked out when I brought several boxes of items in that she had told me they most likely would take over the phone. She spent 30 mins trying to get other employees to come in and go throught my items. I had about 20 pairs of vintage jeans as well as other items. She finally got some guy to come in and they went through the boxes choosing only 2 items. When I asked why only 2 items she said they were the only items matching their inventory...even though most were just like the items she had displayed. She appeared to be out of it and was a total drama queen. It was a total waste of time visiting this place and her prices on the existing inventory were way to high.
