My wife dropped her phone in the water and there were hundreds of pictures she lost. I found Flashfixers online. When they were done with my phone, they said they were able to get six hundred pictures off of our phone. My wife was so happy. They put the photos on a disc for me and we were able to get them developed that way. They sent the phone back separately. It was a little pricey but worth it, for my wife especially. more

But when the real hard problems arise, I go to FlashFixers. In fact, I first learned of them through our IT repair department who recommended them to recover a hard drive that the IT department could no recover. I found FlashFixers to be very professional and responsive. I had a large desktop hard drive that failed and wasn't being read. The hard drive contained all our family photos. I really liked the guy who came over from FlashFixers. It was my first time using them, and he got over here fast. He picked up the computer and took it away for a few days. He brought it back, and it's still slow. It's terrible. It doesn't get out of its own way after spending $300 dollars on a repair. I feel really stuck between a rock and a hard place here. I really liked the kid, but I thought that for $300 dollars I wouldn't have to talk to him for another year since he was just here three weeks ago. But I'm sitting here with a broken computer. He arrived quickly and his communication was good. I'm really torn about this because I have a computer here that's really not working better than when they picked it up. I used FlashFixers for the first time when my computer crashed. I couldn't get it to come back or even start. I wanted to see if the information on the computer could be saved. Flashfixers performed a data recovery service on a mobile phone's SD card, which I thought was next to hopeless. They were able to get media files off of it, after it had been encrypted and removed from the device the wrong way. They got what I needed. more

This summer I made the trip of my life to Europe. I took a lot of pictures during that month. When I got home I found that the sd card erased the first week of my trip.
