With full time job I have to find a dry cleaner within a reasonable driving distance to work, but after being disappointed 3 times and even being accused of taking advantage of them, I've decided it's time for me to find other cleaner. \r
Twice I picked up my pants and found that the stains were not removed. They also didn't even look ironed with folds in the crotch of the pants. Each time I brought the pants back and had to have them cleaned a second time to remove the stain. Then, I brought 2 pants that needed shortening. I specifically told them to make sure to shorten my pants without a cuff. I picked up the pants in a hurry and when I got home I found that the pants weren't shortened at all. I returned to the cleaners with my receipt and was told that they would shorten the pants. However, when I picked up the pants, the woman I had spoken with wasn't there and another person starting accusing me saying that I had returned with a different pant to be altered aside from the ones that they supposedly shortened for me. It is incredibly unprofessional to make such an accusation and I cannot believe they would blame me for their error - as if I would be so desperate to cheat them out of $12. I certainly do not recommend bringing your dry cleaning here.
