We wanted to have breakfast at the Flamingo yesterday and called ahead to hear that the wait was not too long. We could not get on the waiting list unless we showed up and reservations are out of the question. When we got there (party of 4) , there were two tables available - one for 6 persons and one for four persons as well as 2 seats at the bar. We were hoping to get the table for four as nobody was in front of us, but nothing was moving. Two other guests walked in after us and were asked to sit at the bar. Then they called out a (2 person) party that was apparently waiting outside (note - after seating people that came after us). These 2 people were seated at the 4 person table. We asked to be seated at the 6 person table and told that this is the only large table and would only be awarded to a 5 or 6 person party. Shortly after that a party of 6 came in and was promptly seated at the 6 person table. This was too ridiculous, we received no apology and left the place. If someone does not have fair seating policies under control, they don't deserve us patronizing the establishment and a negative review as I promised them.
Pros: cute small place
Cons: personnel
