I cannot believe that I did not know about this Uptown gem sooner, and I'm absolutely THRILLED to know that it is in my neighborhood! Thus, I want to spread the word to anyone who would like to hear it. The Flaming Torch is FABULOUS! Pros: Absolutely everything! Cons: I've found none. more

Since a friend introduced me to this lovely and charming restaurant for lunch post-K, I have been in love with it! The atmosphere and ambience are charming, whether you are dining solo, in a group or on a romantic date. It's a great place to take out of town guests, too, for excellent French food. The owners, Zoreh and Hassan are just charming and engaging themselves, and they are happy to do private parties in their upstairs private dining room which is really nice! The mussels are excellent, the soup of the day is always great, and the wine list is wonderful! The service is always very discreet as well, which is a plus!
