WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?? 2/2/2019

I called at 4:30 PM to indicate my furnace went and needed service call to the home for a unit they installed In 2015. I was instructed by Flame employee to call after hours service which started at 8 PM to get service that same day. The afterhour service is a third party operators who puts you on a list that disappears at the next business day when company reopens. Which you need to recall for service call. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. more

Worthy for a great service 9/6/2013

I recently had a new furance installed, and it was a very good experience. The installers were there promptly and very early in the morning. Bob Porter and Tim Hudson worked quickly,were professional, answered all of my questions, gave me information re: my furnace and thermostat. It is so nice having heat. I would highly recommend Flame, and in particular Bob and Tim. They were great. I will defintely recommend and use Flame on my other properties more
