Terrible customer service, not to mention after having my car for a month it still isnt fixed. They fixed the hail damage, but did a terrible job while replacing the side molding, on the doors. They did admit it looked terrible so they are ordering new molding. We have had our car back for three weeks and still no call about the side molding that was supposed to be in weeks ago. When I picked up the car the first time, the inside was covered in dust. It hasnt ever been that dirty since I've owned it. They lost our driverside floormat as well. When calling Flair Body Works you will have to be patient and persistent. It may take calling 7-8 times becuase I am pretty sure the receptionist doesnt know how to take a message and my customer service rep wouldnt ever call me back when he said he was going to. Just a Warning to those of you considering taking your car in. I personally will not ever take a car back to Flair.
Pros: Location is good but I would rather drive an hour than go ba
