Dan was my Sales Mgr and he was great. My credit isn't perfect and he spent (many!) hours workign with me and the finance guy to make the deal. I had been to a VW dealer a few months prior with a copy of my credit report and they simply said they couldn't help me with a lease, let alone a purchase. Dan didn't blink twice at my embarrasing financial situation and didn't make me feel embarrased or any less impportant than a Toureg customer. Thank you Dan! As a follow-up, I had to bring the car back over the weekend for a ""Do Ticket"" and had the best customer service experience I have ever had bar none. Tom in the service department went above and beyond my expectations to fix what needed to be done - Thank you to everyone at the dealership. I will definitely buy my next car from Fladeboe. more
