Worst

They rip off tenants too. They enjoy locking people into illegal leases, (homes with second home riders) and known forclosures. I have the documents to prove it.

I rented from FlaRent for 3 years. Their staff is so helpful and gives great service even on the weekend! We ended up purchasing our rental and if we ever move you bet FlaRent is going to manage our property! more

Avoid! 7/18/2010

While all property management companies are out to make money, FLA Rent does so at the expense of clients. Money was removed from security deposit despite following all requirements in lease, and they even lied about the details. They have several BBB complaints and they get away with ripping people off because the dispute process for renters is extremely difficult. Avoid their poor business practices and rent from a quality company. more
