I was very nervous about dropping my puppy off to have this surgery. (This was several years ago.) They took ""Lexie"" from me, and took her to the back. She started howling and crying. Then I started crying and wanted to change my mind. (Very tramatic scene..lol) The employees brought her back to me, let her (me) calm down and discussed why I had brought her there in the first place. I agreed it was for the best, and left her still howling like a hound. (She at the time was a 10 pound cairn terrier.) They called me in the middle of the day to give me an update. When I went to pick her up, she was so happy, and wanting to jump around. They gave me great at home instructions and more than enough RX. She continued to do great at home, and you can barely see where the surgery was done.
