The owner is probably the sleaziest shyster ever. He sold me bogus Samsung copier and refused to stand by his product. Avoid this pos at all costs!!!!

Poor customer service. I called to schedule a repair and was told that David would be in my area that afternoon. He never showed or called. I called them the next morning and didn't get an apology, but was told they didn't have time to help...goodbye!! What??? more
