A friend recommended this place to me after I was complaining about how there are no trustworthy mechanics anymore. As much as I hate to admit, I was wrong. The mechanics here were amazing, they explained everything little thing they did to my car, and did not try to pressure or up sell me. I am very appreciative both to my buddy for recommending and to Fix Car Now for being my new go to mechanics. more

Phenomenal service 11/16/2011

Phenomenal service. Honest, hardworking people that actually have your best interest at heart. I took my car in for its 30K inspection. Honestly, I had no idea what all really needed to be done, if anything. I had read horror stories about people taking their cars in for 30K/60K/90K inspections, and getting taken to the cleaners. When I called Fix Car Now, they told me that I probably did not need to replace everything that the manufacturer listed, but that they could do a full 30K inspection and tell me exactly what needed to be replaced/ watched, and what didn't. In just one phone call I knew I had found my mechanic, so I set up an appointment for just a few days later. more

Would still absolutely recommend 11/14/2011

I know nothing about cars. I had no idea what was wrong with my car except that it was making a weird noise when I put on the brakes. I brought my car here because its right down the street. They were really quick and seemed to be very knowledgeable. From all the different cars they were working on, it was obvious these guys know what they were doing. I was very satisfied with the service I received, gave them a 4 because the guys were kind of rude. more

These guys take care of your needs and they are quick to get things done in a timely Manner. I felt even the admin staff did everything they could to ensure I was squared away, from getting me water, to working out payment arrangements that were necessary. I had a last minute issue with my car, and not only did the team look at my car right away to diagnose the issue, but they were very helpful and resourceful in helping me decide what was absolutely necessary to repair at the time, and what could wait. These guys are worth it. It was a great experience more

Fix Car Now totally saved me! My car broke down and I just got hired at this job that I was supposed to start in 3 days. Called the guys at the shop, explained to them that I needed my car done asap and so I brought it down there. My car was done with in less than a day. Like I said, they saved me big time!! more

These guys are top notch. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They will fix it right with high quality original manufacturer's parts. They will shoot you straight and will tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. I really appreciate this type of honesty at an auto repair shop. These guys stand behind their work and have been around for a long time. more

Jimmy was the best auto shop owner guy that I've ever dealt with. I've always been a jeep driver and anytime there is anything wrong with my jeep I take to to Fix Car Now West. I would recommend him to anyone! more

How many mechanics shops can a woman walk into and NOT FEEL like she's about to get ripped off? Only one as far as I know.... this one! Fair pricing, honest work, excellent communication and general all-around awesomeness, they clearly want you to keep coming back and to recommend friends and family, so they treat you (and your car) right. more

Car was fixed in a timely manner 9/28/2011

Came in with a strange clicking sound in my car, I was given a loaner car so that I could still go to work. Car was fixed in a timely manner, everyone was so friendly, the prices were very reasonable. I love that this place is within walking distance of my apartment. more

I took my VW Jetta in for body repair work and Fix Car Now provided a courtesy car, made sure my vehicle repair was done in a very reasonable amount of time and charged the exact amount the repair was estimated at. Excellent work Fix Car Now! more
