Worst

My hair looks terrible, too light too much one color. I need lowlights!!! Dustin tried so hard and he does such a great job, but some how this is way too light and Betty Whiteish.

Molly always does an excellent job on my hair! She is so personable and she takes special care with my color, cut and my eyebrows. Everyone at the front desk is always very friendly and each one makes me feel welcome. more

I have been a loyal fan of Gretchen at 5IVE Star for quite some time. She always can tell what is best for my sensitive skin and I leave from a facial, peel or microdermabrasion with my best "face forward" ever. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Gretchen is also gifted in makeup application as well. more

Glen's fabulous haircut 11/6/2011

Heather is an oasis of calm and fun in a turbulent seas of my mussed hair. I greatly appreciate not only the superb styling ( I look FABULOUS!), but the friendship and conversation as well. Please tell everyone that I love it at Five Star, and I should have listened to my wife and kids YEARS ago and gone there. more

Always look forward to my visits 11/6/2011

I always look forward to my visits. The atmosphere is relaxing no matter how busy they are. Whether there are two or twenty clients in the salon, I feel as if I'm the only one being served. Everyone is friendly, attentive and they see to it that my every need is met. My husband even likes to go along to wait for me because of the atmosphere and, of course, the free cup of coffee. He is greeted with the same smiles and friendly conversation as I am. more

Haircut with Molly 11/6/2011

I just recently had a haircut with Molly where I brought a picture in and she was able to replicate the cut exactly how I wanted. I have ALWAYS had a postive, awesome experience whenever I come to 5IVE Star. I have used several services that they provide and each time I am totally satisfied. I have been a customer of the salon for over 10 years and that says alot. I actually have had total strangers come up to me and ask me where I get my haircut. And without hesitation I tell them "the best salon in the Quad Cities"!!!! Keep up the good work! :) more

Hourly Massage 10/31/2011

With the construction going on outside of the building it was very hard to relax during a massage. The massage felt good but for a day of relaxation - I would just recommend to cancel all massages next time there is constuction being done! But looking very nice. Rachel Neilson more

Your receptionist associates understand what customer service is. They acknowledge you when you come in the door. You are felt extremely welcome. Molly does my hair and she is the best. Always up beat. more

Massage with Chad 10/27/2011

Very relaxing massage with Chad. He was attentive to the areas in legs that were sore. My neck was in note and he did the best he could. It still felt great. more

This was the first time I ever had a facial. Sarah was wonderful!!! Not only was the facial relaxing, but my skin looks terrific! I will definitely be scheduling more facial sessions and would recommend Sarah to others. more

Excellent 10/26/2011

I love coming to 5 star and seeing Andrea. I can come in to her and dont have to tell her what I want. I just tell her to do whatever she wants and I know i will walk out HAPPY with whatever she has done. Andrea is very knowledgable and explains things and willing to show me how to do my hair. Andrea knows me as a person and how often i will come in and does what is best for me. more
