I don't know what I would have done 10/19/2011

We had a flood in the down stairs finished walk out basement of our home. We were remodeling the upstairs at the time and having to live only in the down stairs. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time. We woke up to the whole floor being saturated from ground water. Five Star came out on a holliday and saved the day. Their crews were professional and treated my contents with care. Thank You! I was so impressed that I even used there construction division to help complete my upstairs remodel. more

what a disaster it was on a late weekend--a pipe broke. They were sooo kind and helpful from start to finish. They were sent by my insurance company thankfully. The bill was approved by my insurance. They took some of my clothes to be dryed and clened and had them back to me right away--thx so much 5 star! Peter more

After having my condo flood and calling these people to the rescue was the worst thing I could have done. I never received an estimate. Instead I got a 7k plus bill for a 3 room area in a condo. After my insurance only paid for repairs and I asked them for a payment plan they said no and are now suing me in civil court! DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! more

Crooks!!! 12/23/2010

I was charged over 100% more than my estimate. The estimate was in writing to both me and my insurance company. I was charged for services not rendered. Horrible customer service when trying to get an explanation. I would avoid this contractor at all costs!!!! more
