These guys arrived 30 minutes later than expected. We were charged a $75 service charge for them coming "after hours," which was supposed to be 4pm even though they didn't do any...

Fivestar Plumbing Company removed a garbage disposal, replaced two sinks, and did the plumbing for one bathroom. They did a great job. They were extremely professional, very courteous, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working before they left. We will definitely call them from now on when we need a plumber. more

I've had Fivestar Plumbing Company come out to my house for 3 jobs in the last 6 months. For the last one, they took water from the outside to bring a water source up on the top deck. It turned out fabulous! They were fast and professional. They explained both the details and the costs thoroughly. The two gentlemen were also very courteous. more

Fivestar Plumbing Company installed some faucets for us that we had here at the house. When I originally called them, they came the next day or within that week. The service was quick and the man that installed them was very professional. I would recommend them and plan to use them again. more

Fivestar Plumbing Company was great. They had to come back a couple of times but they didn't charge me. Even though it wasn't their fault, they were still very courteous and apologetic. They were extremely responsible and professional. more

The only good plumbers in Springfield, in my opinion. 2/9/2012

My mothers kitchen sink was clogged up and we did not know what exactly was going on. I called about 5 different plumbers in the Springfield area. Most of them were not helpful and even rude. Fivestar Plumbing Company was professional, helpful, and polite. They gave a free quote and also priced by the job, not by the hour. I was really really pleased with the service I got from Jodie on the front end. The young tech showed up early in the morning and he was very prompt and fixed the issue in about an hour. They fixed it really easily and had a really good attitude. more

My husband was out of town when I discovered that we had a main water leak under our house. I called Fivestar Plumbing Company and they told me the name of a technician and when he would call me back. I received a call from that person at the time I was told, and he was at my house within an hour. He fixed the issue on the spot and at a fair price. I think that I would definitely use them again for any issues, and that speaks for the value of their work. more

Excellent service. 12/7/2011

Fivestar Plumbing Company has excellent service. I was having a leak coming from my commode, so they had to replace a strip on the inside and that all went fine. They fixed it, but later I had a problem with the flap. It wouldn't go up and down correctly, so they came back out and put a new flap on it, and there was no charge on that, so that was good. The time before that, the drain was stopped up, and they cleared that out. Obviously, I've used them several times in the past, and I would use them again. P. Durham more

Fivestar Plumbing Company did a great job. I needed a plumber, and nobody knew anyone to recommend, so I went to the internet and picked the one I thought looked good. I was not disappointed. He showed up on time, and he was very courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We started out with one project, and we finished with two or three of them, and any time I need plumbing work he is the first guy on my list. more

I used Fivestar Plumbing Company based on recommendations I received from other people. I hired them to replace a water valve, and to fix the plumbing under my sink. I liked that they were very timely, polite, clean and thorough. Everything was good, and I would use them again. more

I had the guy from Fivestar come out because the hot water heater was leaking. I had suspected that the water pressure in the house was too high, so I had him come out and check the water pressure. In the process of trying to keep the water heater from venting water all the time, I put a bucket underneath it and broke a part of it. After they guy checked and double checked the water pressure, he fixed the part that I broke off too. He gave me a good estimate when he showed up, and it was exactly the same when he left. He was very good, very professional, and I highly recommend him. more
