Five Star Plumbing changed our outside faucet. It took the plumber about 30 minutes to complete. I found about them from a web search and I decided to hire them because they were the first to respond back. However, do think they're a bit more pricey than the other companies around. The plumber was professional. The service and results are very good and I would recommend them. more

A Great Experience 4/14/2016

My property manager contacted Five Star Plumbing after I told her about the issue around the drain pipe from the washing machine. Albert the plumber who came out was extremely professional, neat (he made sure not to track anything on my floors or carpet) pleasant and polite. He worked diligently to resolve the issue. I am pleased with how everything turned out. I would recommend Five Star Plumbing! more

Steve is awesome 3/29/2016

Five Star Plumbing is great. The first time that my house was backed up, a plumber from another company came to clean it but it kept backing up. Then Five Star came out and figured out that the septic tank had a collapsed pipe in it. The first plumber was really professional and friendly, but the second plumber was excellent. Steve, the second plumber, came out to fix a leaky pipe in the wall. I've already recommended them. more

Best situation I could have ever expected 3/23/2016

I was in bad shape before I called Five Star Plumbing. I had water all over the place. It was a dire emergency. They responded quickly after I called them and went over every process, every step they were doing. They talked to me about doing it, and everything they were going to do next. He did everything in his computer and made me a printout, and that was it. He gave me a warranty on everything. more

Professional Company and Friendly Staff 3/3/2016

Five Star Plumbing came out to repair a broken pipe in my master bathroom and for the well. So far the results are fine, the men were professional, prompt, and delightful. The only downside to Five Star Plumbing are their prices! We're on a fixed income and the bill for the service was 1/4 of our income - very ridiculous for what seemed like it was a simple job to complete. It would be great if they were upfront with their charges prior to actually doing the work. Overall, the experience was fair. more

They guys over at Five Star Plumbing did a great job. They were on time and they did exactly what they said they were going to do which I really liked. They cleaned up really well after themselves and the end result was better than what I could have hoped for. The guys are great and their results speak for themselves. more

Satisfied with service. 2/19/2016

Five Star Plumbing came and flushed out my water heater and checked a few areas in my kitchen that were clogged. They did a good job, they took their time and explained everything while being very courteous. My neighbor actually recommended me to them and I am glad, I just got this house and I wanted a reliable plumbing service and they did great with her kitchen also. I was very satisfied with the service and I have already recommended them other people. more

Well actually what Five Star Plumbing did was they tied in a new line for my faucet. the whole experience was solid, they showed up on time explained in detail what was going to be done and the steps it was going to take to finish. They were very professional and i would use them again. more

Good 2/16/2016

This was my first time using Five Star Plumbing. I had clog issues, clogged pipes. They were definitely the fastest in terms of quick response. They were professional and friendly. The prices were a little high, but other than that everything was good. more

Great quality and customer service 2/10/2016

Five Star Plumbing is the company to call to fix your problems no matter how late you call them they will solve your issues. I had a leak in the kitchen and no heat with the water heater; and they were able to fix the leaking pipes and restore heat back to my water heater. The plumber was wonderful and professional, on time and tidy. Prices are high everywhere but I don't feel like they are robbing me; Five Star Plumbing will take care of they customers. more

They're very good 2/4/2016

I had Five Star Plumbing fix a water leak in the house and in the refrigerator. This was my second time using them. They came out with a water heater when mine wasn't functioning and they repaired it. The guy on the phone, Mike, was very responsive. One time he came out after hours near a holiday. more

They showed up on time and they introduced themselves 5 stars! 12/30/2015

Five Star Plumbing were very pleasant, the two guys that came out seemed to know what they were doing. I had a toilet that was leaking and it had happened before about 8 years ago. They quickly discovered a potential problem with the seal and fixed it. They let me know there could be a crack in the bowl and he said we would come back out and apply what I've paid to a new toilet if that was the case. I was just lucky and picked out the right one. If you have plumbing problem definitely consider going here. The only thing I can bring up is he was supposed to send invoice over email, and I haven't received anything yet so I'm not sure what happened. I have already recommended them to people I know. more

Real good 12/18/2015

Five Star Plumbing replaced a hot water heater and they did it really quickly. I was impressed with how fast they got the job done because I had another company come and do the same thing a few years ago and it took them FOREVER. The guy at Five Star Plumbing came the night before to assess the problem to make sure there were no gas leaks to make sure everything was safe since the heater completely blew up, I really appreciated their professionalism and how they handled the situation. Five Star Plumbing is a great business. They're quick, professional, reliable, and their prices are affordable. more

Reliable and fast plumbing 12/2/2015

I had a very positive experience with Five Star Plumbing. The first time I used them was when I was fixing my bathroom plumbing and I tore off a pipe and realized it was missing an attachment. They came that day to give me a replacement and helped me finish the job. Later in the week, a copper pipe in my shower was sticking out and they helped me fix it in a timely manner. It was very easy working with them and they were very knowlegeable. They get the job done. more

I had a great experience with Five Star Plumbing. It was my first time using them and they unclogged the kitchen sink for me. They were prompt and courteous. They came right out when they said they would and took care of the problem rather quickly. They even cleaned up the mess afterwards. It was impressive. The prices were a bit high but I felt that with all the guarantees and their reputation, it was fair. The value was good. The person that took care of the clog had a good personality. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the job. Whenever I have a plumbing problem, I will use them again. more

Respectful and patient. 10/20/2015

I called Five Star Plumbing to fix my sink. I was not able to see them the same day, but speaking with them and getting an appointment was fairly easy. The plumber that came was able to fix the leak in my sink. He replaced the pipe quickly. I thought he was very respectful and didn't lose his temper or patience while dealing with the issue. They charge a standard rate so I thought the work was a little over-priced because he finished so quickly; but having a standard rate is fair. Everything has worked with no problems more

Five Star Plumbing were prompt when answering my calls. They were fast when coming to my house, with personable service and including fair prices. They had performed a leak repair for me, though after one year it started again and I had to pay again for the work. All in all, I was satisfied with the service. more

Excellent service 10/2/2015

Five Star Plumbing helped me with a burst pipe. I woke up in the middle of the night to discover that a pipe under the bathroom sink had broken and was blasting hot water everywhere. Out of all the people I called they were the only ones who said they would call back as soon as possible since it was 2:00 AM. I was able to have someone come out and shut the water off in the meantime. They called back at 7:30 AM and were here by 8:30 AM. The plumbers came in, cleaned up, and replaced the pipe. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and did a very nice job. They even had to special order a pipe, and told me that the one that broke wasn't correct. My insurance handled most of it, and they got it done. I had no problems with them. more

Quick job and knowledgeable plumber! 8/20/2015

Five Star Plumbing's service was very good. My plumber was nice. He installed a hot water heater. Everything went well and it was quick. I like that he explained things to me and was knowledgeable. I don't know about their other workers, but he did a good job and will use this company again! more
