I have been working with James for a couple months now.. Ive called other tax attorneys, but never committed to any of them. James called me out of the blue one day and though I have never spoke to anyone from a cold call. I'm glad I did.. Altho I still need to obtain their services with reducing the amount of back taxes I owe, I am completely satisfied with how James handled the process of doing my 2011 tax return: he was efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and completely professional, and followed through on everything he said the process would entail. Furthermore, I am getting a refund back on both my federal and state returns, which is a first for me in a long time. Five Points Advisory Group is definitely a five out of five. I was having some major problems with the IRS. They were my fault, and I was trying to get my employer, friends, and family to try and help me alleviate the burden. In the process, I ended up with a levy against my military retirement fund. James showed me some options, and we decided on the best strategy to pursue. I processed the power of attorney paperwork, he got the levy released, and now we're working on a payment schedule. He made phone calls on my behalf to ensure the right paperwork was in the right hands. He stayed on top of it. Basically, I have breathing room again. I am appreciative and thankful for what he was able to do. Five Points also ensured that their fees were affordable. We worked out a payment plan, and to top it all off, nothing was deducted until all the paperwork was processed and I was satisfied. I called several other agencies beforehand, and they all sounded good until they got into the specific details, then the cost was astronomical. Five Points worked with me within my budget. They helped me maintain a decent household income by releasing the the levy. They're like a godsend to me. I highly recommend them. more

What I liked about this whole adventure is they didn't get the cart ahead of the horse. James said they would not ask for money up front. That they would research and see if they could help us.James got back to me and explained every thing pros and cons.Because we were so informed it was easier to make a decision. They did my taxes from 2001 to 2010. I owed over 30, thousand dollars and know i dont owe hardly anything. There prices are reasonible to afford. I will come to them to do my taxes in the future. more
