I really don't get the ranting reviews. There's really nothing extraordinary about the food. They don't even have sauerkraut for the hot dogs for pete's sake! more

Definitely some quality scarfing here. My first visit to a Five Guys and I will return. Fries are excellent. Burgers are good in the style of Steak n Shake, Freddy's or Culvers. They all aspire to Culvers greatness but no one is there yet but Culvers. Then again I don't think Florida has any Culvers. Yet. For a great burger in this area hit Le Tub in Hollywood if you have a lot of time and some cash money in your pocket. more

For a chain, these are the best burgers around! more

This isn't Jack's, but it is close for taste. Very tasty, but kind of messy to eat. Great fries, too. Puts the Big 3 chains to shame, IMHO... more

Five Guys started in DC and is making it's way across the US, leaving a trail of satistied burger eaters. Not fancy, just a great burger and great fries. Burgers and fries are cooked fresh and there are all kinds of toppings. The little burger (one patty) is good for lunch and split the fries with a friend. Good to fax ahead if you want to take it back to the office and have your office mates looking at you with jealousy. more

Doesn't live up to the hype. Burgers are good but way messy. The buns are so so and mushrooms taste canned. Neverless they are pretty good and the fresh fries make up for everything else. Worth a try at least. more

My whole life, living in Fort Lauderdale, I considered Jack's Hamburgers the best burger in town. Other chains came and went, including Fuddruckers, but no one came close to Jack's. Until now.\r \r While their burgers are a different style, they are tremendous. With a menu consisting of only burgers, hot dogs, and fries, they do all three right. \r \r One order of fries is easily enough for two, and the standard burger is a double (the Little Burger is a single). They are just the right size to fill you up but not make you too full.\r \r Highly recommended. more
