Five Guys is not cheap. It's not really fast. What it is, though, is a good honest burger made right in front of you and served with some of the best fries you'll ever eat.\r

Toppings are plentiful and all available for free, and the ""default"" burger is a two patty monster. The buns are okay (not great) but the meat really shines. Don't be turned off by the ""we only cook it well-done"" part. I promise you these are as juicy as any burger you've had anywhere else. If the idea of a two-patty burger seems daunting (and believe me, it's a big burger) then go with the ""Little"" burgers, which are one patty only and a hair cheaper.\r

Oh yeah, did I mention they also serve grilled cheese sandwiches (on an inverted hamburger bun) and hot dogs (split down the middle and served sandwich style)?\r

Fries also are plentiful, and in fact too much so. DO NOT get the large. The regular fry is enough for two people and then some, plus they always throw a helping of them directly into your bag.\r

Five Guys is one of my favorite places, it's worth every penny, and if you're into burgers, you have to try it.
Pros: great burgers and fries
Cons: small and price
