Five Cities Chem-Dry

I just used Five Cities Chem-Dry for the first time a few months ago, my co worker recommended them to me, and this company impressed me. They came to my home and cleaned my living room and dinning room, they sold me the carpet protector (their version of scotchgaurd) and they said that it came with a 7 month guarantee and said if i had a spot or spill that i could not get up with their product, that they gave me for free with purchase of the protectant, they would come take it out for no charge. I thought ok yeah right, but about 3 weeks after they cleaned i had a dinner party and a glass of RED WINE got split in the middle of my dining room! I tried to get it out but i did not do so good, so i called them back. Five Cities Chem-Dry fit me in that day, not only was their service fast but they got every little splatter of red wine out of my carpet, and for that i will forever be thankful! Dan, the man who saved my carpet, said it was because of the carpet protector. I will always from this point forward have Five Cities Chem-Dry clean my carpets and apply the carpet protector! more

I have used Five Cities Chem-Dry to clean my carpets in my home for 3 years now, and i would recommend them to anyone. Five Cities Chem-Dry's employees are very personable and really listen to my concerns and needs, i can trust them in my home and i know they clean my carpets to the best of their abilities every time. When i have a "carpet emergence", if my 5 year old son spills his juice in the living room, Five-Cities Chem-Dry works me into their schedule A.S.A.P. Plus this process of cleaning carpets dries in a few hours so i can get my carpets cleaned while my kids are at school and they will be dry by the time my kids come home. My experience with Five Cities Chem-dry has been nothing but wonderful. more
