At the edge of town, in a long-standing building is Five Brothers Cafe. The building has always been a restaurant, but its latest incarnation has lasted for longer than most new restaurants do here. There a daily specials, senior citizens menus and a waitstaff that is overall, experienced and friendly. The burgers are fabulous, with several different toppings. One includes large slices of fresh avocado. There is lighter fare on the menu, salads are huge and soups are consistently well-flavored. The pie is to die for. A large slab of coconut cream or chocolate cream is sometimes all a body needs to complete a meal.
