I've had 5 Alarm Security for 3yrs. They have been professional and courteous. I've accidentally hit my panic a few too many times. I called the call center and they cancelled the call each time. They are courteous, quick to respond and follow procedures. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Made my emergency worse with incompetent call center service. This company installs alarms but then subcontracts out the call center work, and the call center person who I had the misfortune to deal with made my bad morning worse by not following standard procedures and wasting my time. more
