Although Fitzgerald's was unable to repair my Jaguar, I appreciate the time they spent and the fact that they did not charge me for inspecting my car.

Problem solved 12/11/2013

"My serpentine belt started to shred and I could not find the problem. I\r took it to Fitzgerald. It took two days and about four belts but it \r came down to a water pump bearing that was just starting to go. I know \r they spent a lot of time on it. They charged me for the bearing, one \r belt and a few hours of labor. I know they only charged about a quarter\r of what it cost to fix. I tried to give them more and they would not \r take it. The only thing they said was if I liked the service to come \r back. Even though it is a little far for me to get to, I take all the \r families cars to Fitzgeralds. And after one and a half years I've \r always been treated like family there. Great place." more

A friend of my brother (a professional race car driver) suggested we go to FItzgerald's 2 years ago and we've been taking both of our cars since. They are great, honest, kind and we've consistently had good experiences with this garage. I'd definitely recommend FItzergald's. more

Honest and does the right job 11/22/2013

"My Nissan Altima was making a really loud rattling sound whenever I started the car. My girlfriend told me about Fitzgerald's. I went in and\r spoke to Dan, the owner, and he immediately figured it had to do with the heat shield. Nissan knows about this issue, but my car was not under\r the factory recall. I dropped the car off that evening with Dan. Dan estimated it would take about a day-and-a-half to repair. I got the \r car back the same day. The price was very honest and reasonable for the amount of work done. Had I taken the car to Nissan, they would have \r charged twice the amount. Nissan had told me that the car needed a lot of repairs. Dan and his mechanics looked over the car and found no other\r problems. It's great to go to a mechanic who is honest and does the job right. My Altima runs like new, even with 70K miles on the odometer. I highly \r recommend Dan and his crew at Fitzgerald's!" more

Very pleasant!! The staff is very nice and very informed in what they're doing. They really take time to explain to the patient each step they're doing. Great attitudes, great atmosphere. I wish I would have found out about this location sooner. Thank you Dr Aubert and your great staff. more

"Employees are SO POLITE and nice! I cant stress this enough. (they even \r offered me a ride home when I dropped my car off). They do impeccable \r work and dont over charge or try to up sell something you dont need. I \r have been here twice, first to have the transmission chip in my 2008 \r Mazda 3 hatch S. replaced then shortly after I brought it back to have a\r tire replaced and all 4 brakes (which would have been an arm, leg and \r eye at the dealership.)\r \r HIGHLY recommend if you want a fair, honest price and good work." more

You guys are awesome 10/18/2013

Fitzgerald's does an awesome job and has for years. We have 3 vehicles, two of them more than 25 years old. Fitzgerald's is the main reason those two run well. When we finally had to replace the third vehicle with a 2006 model still on warranty, we found the dealer failed to properly bleed the brakes after they did some work on it. We have taken it to Fitzgerald's ever since. You are not a nameless driver to them. When I called today to make an appointment for the 2006's 65K scheduled maintenance, they knew me right away. They are a local family-owned business that's been in Costa Mesa since 1964. You just can't find anyone better. more
