The gym is ok however it very crowded between 4pm to 7pm during the week and you will wait for equipment. They have not increased the amount of equipment they have for several years and are getting to the point where they are having problems with crowding. more

great club 3/28/2009

have been a member of fit works willoughby for over a year. The club is very busy but they do a good job of keeping the place nice and clean, well maintained. Staff, instructor's and personal trainers all very friendly and helpful. more

If only... 3/1/2009

I love this club! I received a free trial pass from a sales rep named Cheri(sp?) She wasn't pushy and knew what she was talking about. I loved this gym. The movie theater cardio was fun and being able to surf the web while on the cardio was way great too. I liked the private area for women and was always able to use the machines or equipment that I wanted to. The sauna was nice and hot and I liked that it was in the womens locker room so no co-ed. Now, if only... THEY had a pool! I tried all the local clubs. This was the best for me by far but I cannot live without the pool. Sigh. more

Too Crowded 12/7/2007

I can't wait to cancel my membership. It is very crowded and you have to wait for everything. It is not clean and smells. The locker room is very dirty. Would not recommend it unless you have all the time in the world to wait. more
