Fitness Together has helped me tune into my body as a whole. They have motivated me, helped me set and reach goals, and have taught me proper eating habits. They have also helped me get stronger, more toned, and strengthen my core which has alleviated most of my lower back pain.
I have improved in many ways, but most of all I have taken control of my caloric intake. I have worked with many trainers in the past but none of them have taught me the nutritional skills I need to know in order to take my workout to the next level and see the results wanted. Combining good nutrition and low calorie foods have given me the best and fastest results I have ever seen! I have lost almost 9 inches off my entire body in just 6 weeks and I am able to eat yummy foods all day!! Yeah!
