I was looking for something different and was tired of my usual routine at the gym. I met Kim and she told me about her Hoop Dance Classes, so I had to try out the hoop. It was so fun, and she is a very patient instructor. I was a bit nervous, but the atmosphere was inviting and after a bit I didn't even think about it as I started to learn the techniques Kim was teaching. I also didn't realize what a great overall body and core workout this was, very different than the image I had in mind from when I was a kid! I would recommend these classes as a fun was to get a workout and to learn something new!
