I came across Fitness Factory 2 when driving down Ardmore Boulevard. I was very impressed when I walked in at the spaciousness and cleanliness of the facilty, both of which are important to me.\r \r I was a bit intimidated on my first visit to try out the gym until I found out that they offer practically free personal training. The employee of the gym walked me around and showed me how to use the machines and she told me about this wellness program they have with the personal trainers. I have been on this wellness program for 3 weeks now and have begun to see results. I am very happy with this gym and I hope to be a long-time member. I enjoy Fitness Factory 2. The health club is large, and has a lot of cardio equipment and other equipment. Their personal training program and trainers are great and motivating too. Pros: Parking lot, on main street, personal trainers, clean Cons: no child care more

I joined this health club yesterday and had a wonderful first impression that I would like to share with those looking to join a professionally run health club in the area. I had called weeks ago and spoke with the manager and she was very helpful and answered all my questions(which were a lot) with no attitude and did not rush me (this is a big deal to me because I have called clubs in the past who tried to rush me off the phone and were annoyed that I had a number of questions.) She posessed a lot of knowledge and compassion in my needs and concerns for joining a health club.\r When I walked in this health club yesterday I was prepared to join. The manager signed me up and I immediately knew she was the one who I spoke with on the phone because she really has a unique personality that stands out. She really has a brilliant personality, especially for this kind of business. The owner even came over and introduced himself to me while I was joining. \r These small things really made a big impression and made me feel really comfortable in an enviornment that is usually a bit intimidating. more

Great gym, convenient hours and nice staff. I like that there is a lot of treadmills and they have a parking lot. The staff is also very helpful with picking out supplements and the supplements they sell are affordable. Pros: convenient payment options, parking lot Cons: no child care services more

I signed back up at this gym because they extended their weekend hours. There has been great improvements there in the last couple months and im happy that I came back to Fittness Factory. The gym is very large and has a lot of cardio equipment with no time limits on the treadmills or other equipment. It is also now a friendly place with nice employees. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area (or out of the area). It is affordable, big, clean and the staff is great especially now that they have new owners. Its nice to see owners that care about their customers needs and do their best to accommodate it. The personal trainers are really good too. Pros: Parking, Affordable, Large Facility more

I just joined this gym and would encourage anyone in the area to look at it. The manager is super friendly and knowledgable and walked me through all the equipment when I first joined. The gym is very clean and sanitary and there is a lot of space. No time restrictions on machines and lots of cardio equipment. I'm very happy I joined this gym.
