I went there for a little less then a year, it was okay while I was there, but it definitely closed too early for me, it smelled bad, and it was always so crowded. Then I went away to school in Aug and had the account put on hold until Dec. I ended up staying for another semester, so I called again in Jan. to have it put on hold until May. The person I talked to was very nice and understanding. I was then charged for Jan and so I called in and the person on the other end kindly put a credit to my Fitness 19 account for one month. Same thing happened in Feb. and when it happened AGAIN in March I was very upset. (I know its only $10 a month but I am a college student with very little money). My father went in to the San Ramon site for me because I am in Florida and they told him they couldn't do anything and that he would have to call in. When he called he talked to Stephanie. She was very rude and told him she couldn't do anything for him. So when I called in I talked to Stephanie also, she told me there was never any records of me calling in and they rarely do holds on accounts and never over the phone. She told me she would give me April and May on hold and I would still get my three months on credit... Over all Fitness 19 has very poor customer service, not enough hours, not enough equipment, I will NEVER recommend that anyone EVER go there. Pay a little more for somewhere else - it's defiantly worth it!
