At first, I loved it. The price was right - in and out fitness, good stuff. I had just had my first child and I loved that it was close to home. They hire teenage girls to run the childcare. Countless times I went in there to find my walking toddler in walkers with no wheels, baby bouncers, or playpens. Why? I went in once to see my daughter being pulled out of something by one arm. BIG NONO. The girls' often look miserable (is liking kids a requirement for the job?) They sit and do homework, or sit with their head in their hands looking bored. That being said, my kid didn't seem to mind.
The gym itself was nice because people were there who meant business... get fit, get out. It wasnt like another gym I had been to where some of the girls are there in full makeup. People were friendly but just got on with it. The facility was clean and everyone did their part to keep it that way.
However, because of its low rates, there was nothing there but machines, weights, treadmills, bikes, eliptical machines... no classes, not much variety if you got bored in your fitness routine.
Also, I found it really frustrating how they would encourage us to enlist other members by offering people who joined lower rates than ourselves... how about benefitting the people who've been there from the start?
I would recommend it if you had older children to watch your younger children while in the daycare and definately if you just want something quick, easy and affordable.
Pros: Affordable, in-and-out feel
Cons: Bad childcare staff, can get bored easily with the options of the facility
