I recently decided to finally drop those extra 10lbs that I have been carrying since I had my baby. I looked around at a couple of Bootcamps in the area and even signed up for a Cross Fit class. I was so disappointed. The Bootcamps all seemed the same and the cross fit class was too intense and I felt like they were pushing me too soon. That's when a friend of mine recommended Victor Sykes and the FitRanx program. I attended a session an instantly fell in love with the workouts! They were unique and tough, but I felt like the instructors listened to my specific goals and modified the workouts for me. Any how, I've been doing FitRanx for 1 month now and I'm already down 8lbs!
