Fisher Funeral Home & Cremation Services was recommend to me during my time of grief. Usually I research everything but do to the lost my family and I suffered I did not research Fisher Funeral Home and I regret it to this day. It is imperative that I bring to your attention the poor services rendered that left feelings of disappointment and dissatisfaction to myself and my family as a result of the following complaints: Errors in the printed obituary, I expressed to the funeral sedan driver about the annoying loud rattling of the sedan door and how dissatisfied our family was during the travel to and from the church and cemetery. Thank you cards not delivered in a timely manner and when they did arrive we were twenty-five cards short. I tried to contact the manager of the Fisher Funeral Home to discuss my issues on two unsuccessful attempts. I fulfilled all of my obligations as well as paying in full for the services rendered. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service that I received from the Fisher Funeral Home. more

It might seem in poor taste to review a Funeral Home, but I have a 90 year old aunt, and I want her send off to be a nice one. Last year her sister passed away and we had always gone to Fisher Funeral Home (they are from a family of 8) and everything was always very nice. Well, the place has really gone downhill. It was dusty, the staff was odd, and the whole operation left a bad taste in my mouth. I find it very odd that I'm thinking about shopping for Funeral Homes, but it's something that I guess you have to do. As I said in the title, I wish I had done more research. more
