My family has been in this pet store many times & always the service was superb! The staff are so kind, conscientious and knowledgeable about their pets, products. I've taken my school class there for field trips & it's been wonderful! Their follow-up service is great too! I highly recommend this pet store! more

Good selecton of pets, service could improve 7/31/2005

This store has a good supply of pets, however their customers service could improve greatly. They seemed nervous that I brought in my daughter and were hard to find when we needed help. I felt as though I was being watched while I was there. Overall not a good experience. Prices seemed high to me. Parking is good, but the location is bad. more
