I find they have a great selection and the workers there are always around to answer my questions. If they don't know the answer they ask someone else and get you the answer. Prices are very good and you can get what you want there and not just what they have. Other places have a few items that are close to what you want where here they have alot of things you want. Only problem is parking. Pros: Selection and Staff Cons: Parking more

I would highly recommend this place, if not for the customer service. Yes, they have all the products you'll need for your aquarium. But if you have questions, the employees either don't know... or don't care. Customer service is terrible. You usually have to wait a long time to get any type of help, and when you finally do... they are rude. Pros: product selection Cons: customer service, parking more
