Fish Shack & Critters

We bought from Walmart & Petmart, there were sick or hurt. We went threw some many fish, until We went to Fish Shack & Critters. He help us out on getting the tank right and tell us way fish keep dieing. We bought our fish here and still alive and having baby fish. So i would fish shack help us out and very happy about it. more

I purchased sick fish from The Fish Shack that kicked off my ENTIRE tank within days with the fungus they carried. I called the owner and he refused to accept that his fish could have been sick, and it must have been the fish I already had (which were ALSO purchased from him that I had in that tank from 1/2 year to 3 months before adding these new fish). He was rude and ignorant and refused to listen to a word I said, and backtracked on everything he said ESPECIALLY when I told him all my fish were from him (then he was out of excuses!). I have been a loyal customer since they opened, and this is how they treated me. I will never go back. STAY AWAY from this place. Cons: RUDE owner! Sick fish, sick animals. Dirty water in all the tanks. more
